We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, written by men who were divinely moved by the Holy Spirit.

We believe that God the Father is the maker of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen.

GEN. 1:1, PS. 33:6-9, JN 1:3, ACTS. 17:24-28, COL 1:15-17, HEB. 11:3

We believe in Jesus the Christ, God’s only begotten son, born of a virgin, sinless in life on earth, crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered, died and was buried. On the third day he rose again in fulfillment of the Scriptures, he ascended into heaven, he will come again to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, has spoken through the prophets, makes people conscious of sin and righteousness, brings them new life in Christ, leads them in holy lives, comforts them, and bestows upon each believer gifts for service.

We believe that humans by nature and subsequently by choice are sinners but that “God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

ISA. 59:2, ACTS 4:12, ROM. 3:23, ROM. 5:12, LK. 23:44-56, JN. 3:16, 1 COR. 15:3-8

We believe that those who turn from sin and accept Christ as their Savior and Lord will rejoice forever in God’s presence, and those who reject the revelation of God will be forever separated from His presence in Hell.

We believe in one holy universal Church that includes anyone who, being made alive to the truth of God by the Spirit, puts their faith in the work of Jesus alone as their savior from their sins.

MT. 16:18, EPH. 2:19-22

We believe that a local church is not a building or an event but rather a body of Christ-followers who are gathered in a particular region and overseen by their pastors/elders. The local church regularly gathers together to learn from God’s Word, celebrate the work of Jesus through baptism and communion, and devote their heart, soul, mind, and strength to the worship of Him.

 | ACT. 2:42, EPH. 4:1-5, HEB. 10:24-25, 1 COR. 14:26, EPH. 5:19, COL. 3:16 |

We believe that the local church regularly and intentionally shares in each other’s lives outside the formal gathering by living out the “one-anothers” found in scripture for the purpose mutual edification in Christ-likeness.

1 COR. 12:12-27, ACT. 2:42-47, JN. 13:34-35

We believe that the primary mission of the Church is to love God, love others, and carry out the Great Commission until Christ returns.

MAT. 22:36-40, MAT. 28:19-20, MAR. 16:14-18, LK. 24:44-49, JN. 13:34-35

We believe that water baptism is an outward expression of the inward work of salvation.

ROM. 6:4-5, MAT. 28:19, COL, 2:12, ACT. 2:38

We believe in the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come where we will be free from sin, live in renewed bodies, and enjoy God forever.
